Dr. Rivka Rosenberg recently visited UKF as part of an international academic partnership aimed at enhancing Judaic studies, religious education, and interactive Hebrew language teaching. She collaborates with Prof. Roman Králik, Th.D., MBA, co-author of Základy hebrejštiny Tanachu pro samouky (a five-part series) and Fifty-Five Most Common Words of the Tanach-Old Testament (an eight-part series). Her visit underscored the growing significance of digital technology in Holocaust education and was acknowledged by the Israeli Ambassador to Slovakia, Mr. Eitan Levon. During her stay, Dr. Rosenberg was welcomed by UKF’s Vice-Rector for International Relations, Assoc. Prof. Martina Pavlíková, PhD., MBA. She engaged in discussions with faculty members, including Assoc. Prof. Lucia Petrikovčová and Vice-Dean for International Relations and Development, Mgr. Viktoria Gergelyová, PhD., exploring future collaborations in Holocaust education and digital learning methodologies.

On February 20th, 2025, she visited the State Archives in Nitra, where she explored historical Judaica, archival documents, and genealogical records essential to Holocaust studies. She focused on materials that could enhance genealogical research and the broader understanding of Jewish history.
As part of her academic program, Dr. Rosenberg participated in seminars and workshops at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Informatics at the University of Bratislava. On February 20th, 2025, she visited the State Archives in Nitra, where she explored historical Judaica, archival documents, and genealogical records essential to Holocaust studies. Her analysis centered on the theater award-winning play Whistle – My Mother Was Mengele's Secretary, demonstrating how performing arts, combined with digital innovation, can serve as a powerful tool in Holocaust awareness education. She examined how modern teaching practices incorporating AI, VR, and AR can bridge historical narratives with contemporary learning approaches, making Holocaust education more immersive, accessible, and impactful.
