Erasmus+ Study & Traineeships KA107
Application steps
All incoming Erasmus+ students must be nominated via e-mail by their home institution yet before the deadline (see deadlines below). Nomination sent to our IRO must contain: student´s name and surname, his field of study, current year and level of study, semester of mobillity and e-mail address. Nominated Erasmus student fills in the following application documents (please, bear in mind that incomplete documents will not be considered):
- Application form for Exchange Students KA107
- Learning Agreement for Studies – form or Learning Agreement for Traineeship – form
- Acceptance of Personal Data Processing
- Copy of the Bachelor/Master/PhD diploma translated into English (only in the event the applicant has already finished studies)
- Transcript of Records (with latest applicant´s academic records from the sending institution)
- Document testifying minimum B1 level of English language competence
