Erasmus+
Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra (UKF) joined the Erasmus programme (within the former Socrates/Erasmus programme) yet in the academic year 1998/1999. Since then, its keeps intense cooperation with its partner institutions in the EU and EEA (Erasmus+ KA103 projects) through students and staff exchanges (study, traineeship, teaching and staff training) oftently resulting in the further cooperation based on common projects, publishing activities or research work as well.
Since 2016, university has been developing relations also with countries outside the EU and EEA via Erasmus+ KA107 projects and coordinating mobilities of incoming and outgoing students and staff.
Our highest priority is permanent improving of conditions for study resulting in sophisticated teaching methods based on the ICT, expanding the study offer available in foreign languages, increasing level of managing mobility of incoming student and staff, interested and motivated teachers, welcoming environment of domestic students – all of us are ready to help students to integrate into our university. ECHE (Erasmus Charter for Higher Education)
Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra has been awarded the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) for the new Erasmus + programming period 2021-2027. The Erasmus Charter for Higher Education defines a general quality framework for European and international cooperation activities that a higher education institution may carry out under the Erasmus + programme. The award of a charter is mandatory for all higher education institutions located in a country participating in the programme and interested in participating in mobility projects for individuals in the field of education and / or cooperation in the field of innovation and good practice under the Erasmus + programme. The Charter is awarded for the entire duration of the Erasmus+ programme for 2021-2027.
