International Relations
The main priorities of Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra in international relations include the development and improvement of international cooperation with foreign universities through international bilateral agreements. This cooperation is particularly aimed at the joint scientific and research activities, mutual exchange of students and researchers, as well as joint organization of scientific events and presentation of joint research through co-authored publications.
The University students and staff who show interest in foreign scholarships can use a wide range of mobility programs within the European program ERASMUS + or other mobility programs coordinated by the national or international agencies, or may opt for short study and lecturing stays, which are made possible thanks to the international bilateral agreements UKF is a party to.
In the Erasmus + program, the University concluded bilateral agreements with 27 countries, including Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Croatia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Hungary, Germany, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Romania, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy and Turkey.
UKF's membership in international organizations is an opportunity to learn more about the positions, opinions and experience of other universities and receive valuable insights into the latest trends in higher education.
The foreign experts – lecturers who teach theoretical and practical linguistic, literary and methodological disciplines, present the cultural and social specifics of their respective countries and significantly contribute to the process of internationalization of science, research and education, are an important asset at our University.
