The UKF Halls of Residence (ŠD) are special-purpose unit. They provide indirect social support within the meaning of the Law on Higher Education through the provision of accommodation services.

ŠD UKF provide accommodation and related services to full-time students, foreign students, external/part-time students, staff, guests, students in external study programs and, when the operational capacity allows, to others.

In both Halls of Residence, the University Canteen provides hot meals (lunch and supper) and catering services in the cafeterias. Additionally, each dormitory floor is equipped with a kitchenette for simple preparation and consumption of food. All rooms are connected to the Internet, and WiFi is available in the lobby in each building. The ŠD UKF Zobor corridors are equipped with workstations with 24/7 availability to the UKF students and staff.
