International Cooperation with Russia
Two faculties of Constantine the Philosopher University: Faculty of Arts (Department of Translation Studies and Department of Culture and Tourism Management) and Faculty of Natural Sciences (Department of Chemistry) are planning to start international cooperation with Financial university under the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow) in joint students’ scientific project Academic environment in terms of global digitalization (the evidence from Slovakia and Russia) which both universities will benefit from.
The project findings will be presented in the reports, articles and presentations written by Slovak and Russian students under scientific supervision of the professors from Slovakia and Russia. One of the Slovak groups of students (Jana Boltiziar, Veronika Mala, Zuzana Badova, Anna Reutenko) will be supervised by prof. Dasa Munkova, PhD., and the other group of students (Ján Valek, Marcela Luptovska, Dominika Kabatova, Zuzana Miklovicova) by the Head of the Department of Culture and Tourism Management, assoc. prof. Boris Michalik, PhD. The student involved from the Faculty of Natural Sciences is Barbora Tokarova.
The main aim of the project is to develop international students’ scientific collaboration and implement the results of the joint scientific work in academic environment of the universities. The cooperation with the Financial university has been initiated by the Vice-rector for International Relations Dr. Martina Pavlikova and her Russian counterparts from the Financial University, assoc Prof. O. Kalugina and assoc Prof. D. Vasbieva, who cooperated with Prof. Roman Kralik.
