Representative of FNS CPU at an international conference in Moscow
On 15. – 17. of December was held in Moscow international scientific online conference called „QS Subject Focus Summit - Modern Languages and Linguistics“. The main administrator of the conference was Peoples' Friendship University of Russia/Росcийский университет дружбы народов. Our university was represented by Dr. Lucia Petrikovičová (Department of Geography and Regional Development FNS CPU in Nitra). The conference was attended by representatives from all continents. 50 countries. Among others, the university was represented by almost all of Europe, the USA, Chile, Argentina, Australia, etc. The conference was opened by the Rector, Professor Vladimír Filippov (RUDN University).
A representative of CPU spoke in the section "COVID-19 as a new challenge for education" with the contribution "Methodology of Working with a Textbook Versus Field Activities During The Corona Crisis", which she lectured together with Professor Roman Králik (KFU, Kazan), who was invited as one of the main guests of the conference. The authors previously worked together on joint studies published in the scientific journals database.
Our thanks belong to the conference administrators, who organized the whole event at a very high level and communication with the participants took place two months before the conference.
