On the 19th February, 2020 UKF's Rector, Prof. RNDr. Libor Vozár, CSc., welcomed a delegation from Russian Federation, Prof. Alfiya R. Masalimova, Kazan (Volga region), Federal University, and Prof. Albina R. Shaidullina, Ametyevsk State Oil Institute, at our university. Topics of their discussion were common research and scientific co-operation of all of the three universities, and publication in the indexed professional journals. The colleagues from the Russian Federation met also the Vice-Rector for International Relations PhDr. Martina Pavlíková, PhD, whom they informed about the already existing relations and co-operation of their universities with academics from UKF, Prof. PaedDr. Zdenka Gadušová, CSc., and Prof. PaedDr. Alena Hašková, CSc. Topic of this meeting were possibilities of further co-operation resulted from the Erasmus+ KA107 project.

A part of the visit was a lecture for PhD students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences entitled The Russian Education Training Experience, which was held under the auspice of the Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Prof. RNDr. František Petrovič, PhD.

One of the most important outputs of the visit has been an invitation to participate at the VI International Forum on Teacher Education, which will be held in Kazan in May 2020 and selected papers of which will be published in Scopus databased journals.
