At the beginning of December, the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra was visited by prof. Maria José Binetti of the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. Professor Binetti gave a lecture entitled Libertad y valores en la Histora de la Filosofia (Freedom and Values in the History of Philosophy). Lecture under the auspices of Vice-Rector for International Relations PhDr. Martina Pavlíková, PhD., was translated from Spanish to Slovak language by assoc. prof. Dr. Martin Štúr.

Professor Binetti is a globally recognized philosopher who organizes an annual conference with the title Biblioteca Kierkegaard – Argentina in Buenos Aires at the Universidad del Salvador. This conference is regularly attended by Constantine the Philosopher University´s scholars and teaching staff . Collaboration with Professor Binetti lasts 12 years and together with prof. José Garcia Martin (Universidad de Granada) they belong to main collaborators of the Central European Research Institute of Søren Kierkegaard – Spanish language section. In this regard, our sincere gratitude go to the former Deans of the Faculty of Arts of Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, prof. Zdenka Gadušová and prof. Bernard Garaj for their financial support of the outputs of publications, monographs in Spanish language in the period of years 2008 - 2018. These publications were published at prestigious universities in Toronto, Guadalajara and Barcelona. At the present time, the collaboration focuses mainly on invited lectures, joint conferences and scientific studies in indexed journals.

Professor Binetti was appointed by Vice-Rector PhDr. Martina Pavlíková, PhD. The subject of the meeting was the preparation of the international project Erasmus+ KA 107 and new scientific publications.
