A bilateral agreement on cooperation between UKF and the University of Alicante (Spain) was signed by the Rector of Constantine the Philosopher University (UKF) in Nitra, Prof. Libor Vozár.

The signing was preceded by a long-standing cooperation between UKF's staff – namely Prof. Alexander Sirotkin, Mgr. A. Tarko, Mgr. M. Radošová – and Director of the Institute of Organic Synthesis of the University of Alicante Prof. Dr. Francisco Alonso and Dr. Iris Martín-García. Their successful cooperation has brought a joint papers concerning nanoparticles effect on reproductive functions submitted for publication to the top international journals. The visit of Prof. Dr. Francisco Alonso to UKF is expected next year.
