Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra organized the traditional University Open Day which was held on February 18, 2016. Students interested in study as well as the wide public had the opportunity to visit premises of our university and to become familiar with its structure and activities. Prospective students got acquainted with the system of teaching and teaching rooms, research, technological and library facilities of all five faculties (Faculty of Natural Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Health Care, Faculty of Central European Studies, Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Education) associated with commentary provided by university experts. In addition to information on study programmes, admission procedure and university important dates, they learned about possibilities for one semester study abroad, cooperation of faculty departments with Slovak and foreign institutions and about the employment of graduates of individual study programmes taught at the University.
