This year, our Department of English Language and Culture organized a Thanksgiving event in collaboration with our wonderful students.

We were delighted to welcome Private Business Academy in Nitra (Súkromná obchodná akadémia v Nitre), who actively participated in both fun and educational activities meticulously prepared and led by our students.

Following the initial part of the event, our dean, doc. PaedDr. Gábor Pintes, PhD. graciously answered questions from our students. What does the dean's morning routine entail? What are his "hidden" talents? What are his fondest memories from his student days? The dean openly responded to such questions and more!

Once all the dean's questions had been addressed, we transitioned to the next part of the event – a quiz. Participants had the opportunity to test their knowledge, followed by a delightful spread of food prepared by the Department of English Language and Culture and its students. To ensure lasting memories of the fun-filled day, we created a board adorned with INSTAX photographs, capturing the spirit of Thanksgiving 2023.
