Other international mobilities
At Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, we foster a dynamic and diverse community resulting in growth in the number of students and staff coming from abroad. We make it easier to apply to UKF by offering the help and support services from our International Relations Office using a Buddy system (Erasmus Student Network of UKF) to incoming foreign students.
Except of the Erasmus+ programme, UKF receives foreign students and staff mostly through:
Common application steps
International exchange students or staff applying for any short-term mobility at UKF (outside the Erasmus+ programme) should fill in and send these application documents:
- Application Form for Exchange Programme;
- Curriculum Vitae in English;
- Motivation Letter in English;
- Document testifying minimum B1 level of English language competence (not required from Czech students);
- Learning Agreement for Studies – detailed study programme (Bachelor/Master students/PhD students) – please, state the period of your stay, list of courses that you would like to take during your stay and number of credits that you will be awarded for the respective courses;
- Detailed research or teaching programme (PhD students/researchers/teachers) – please, state the period of your stay and timetable of your stay;
- Transcript of Records (only in case of Bachelor/Master/PhD students – the latest applicant´s academic records);
- Translation of the Bachelor/Master diploma/PhD diploma (in the event the applicant has already finished his studies); confirmation from home institution that the university student is a full-time university student of the respective higher education institution (Bachelor/Master students), or confirmation that he is a student of the respective higher education institution/research organisation (PhD students) – expected date of the completion of university/PhD studies must be stated in the confirmation; on the date of the application deadline, the confirmation must not be older than 3 months;
- List of publications (in case of PhD students/researchers/teachers).

Deadline
All application documents should reach the dean´s office of the faculty (see contacts below) at least 2 weeks before the deadline (if not specified otherwise) stated for the specific scholarship programme.
Documents will be checked and if applicant is approved, faculty issues and sends the Letter of Acceptance directly to the applicant. Please, send all documents via e-mail to the respective faculty:
