We are looking for 12 extraordinary young people ages 21-26 from around the world who can represent the powerful impact that youth are having in the development field. European Development Days will be inviting these Future Leaders to speak at high-level panels about a topic they are passionate about, alongside global leaders!

About European Development Days
European Development Days (EDD) is the main European forum in the field of development cooperation, bringing together up to 7 000 participants from over 140 countries, including world leaders, Nobel Prize winners, civil society groups and business leaders. The forum builds on a core belief: cooperation is the cornerstone of a fairer world. An essential aim is thus to facilitate networking and inspire the desire to work together even more closely in a spirit of true partnership. In bringing together the global development community, the European Union engages political leaders, development practitioners, the private sector and civil society in shaping the EU’s policies for tackling poverty worldwide. EDD is an incubator of new ideas to inform our shared aim of a poverty-free, sustainable and fair world where everyone has a chance at a decent life.
In 2015, European Development Days (EDD15) will serve as the flagship event of the European Year for Development (EYD2015), centred around the theme “Our world, Our Dignity, Our Future”. EDD15 will take place in Brussels on the 3-4 June 2015.
