Fellowship opportunity in Vienna
Jan Patocka Junior Visiting Fellowship 2016/2017 for Czech scholars

The program supports research inspired by Jan Patocka’s thought and committed to his legacy. The program is focused on policy-related research topics and will enable a Czech junior scholar to pursue a research project of his/her choice while working in residence at the IWM in Vienna. It is open to all academic disciplines in the humanities and social sciences. Proposals should preferably deal with political and societal issues of European relevance and be related to one of the IWM's main fields are strongly encouraged (pls. see www.iwm.at/research)
The Fellow will spend 6 months during the academic year 2016/2017 at the IWM in Vienna and will receive a stipend EUR 1,800 per month to cover all expenses related to the stay in Vienna.
In addition, the IWM provides the fellow with a personal office including access to internet, research and administration facilities as well as many other services free of charge.
